C'mon guys. Get on the stick. Many have complained of your server error message when trying to perform a background check. I have already tried 10 times with no success. and. asking for a SSN stinks of a scam. Are you sure you know what you are doing? If you keep sending me leads, why would you keep your systems inoperable so that I can take the leads? Fix this!

    All of our background checks are completed through Checkr a trusted, verified third party. Thumbtack does not have access to your SS# as the information is given directly to Checkr. I'm sorry about the issue with the error – I believe this is on their end, not ours. Have you tried using a different browser? I know sometimes that can help.
