Pro rewards technical issues
I haven't been given the correct amount of points, and my response time is off, I've contacted customer service about it, they said it was a technical issue that they had no time table for correction and that they would contact me once resolved, that was weeks ago still no correction. Very disappointing!

@CL_DFW Hi and welcome! Sorry to hear that you are having issues! I reached out to the team to see if they can look into this.I was able to look through your customer contacts so far for this period and it does look like you should have more points than are shown in your rewards page.
As far as response times go, I think it may be accurate (but will have them check that as well). I looked through several recent messages and there were a few that took and hour or two, so that may be impacting the response time.I will comment here when I have more info/answer. Thank you!
