Welcome @Nameka . Built a profile to get the attention of your potential customer. A lot of photos, customer reviews and license-insurance. Respond to leads as quick as possible, follow up if necessary and use the location on your profile jobs to make sure you are reaching the areas where your customer live. You can't set and forget your profile. Even after 10 years using Thumbtack I make adjustments to my profile weekly.

@Juliano_50 Hello. Thank you for your response. What type of changes are you making to your profile on a weekly basis? Are you saying that choosing the service locations is not adequate? Choosing the cities zip codes where service is provided is not sufficient?

@Nameka the areas that I work, adding photos, fine tuning my company description, making sure they have my latest insurance information. I try to look through my profile once a week to see if there is anything there that changed or that I could improve.
