Profile not visible in multiple ZIP codes despite correct targeting and top performance metrics

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my profile visibility and would really appreciate some guidance.

My targeting is set to a 150-mile service radius, and I can clearly see all selected areas on the map. However, my profile is not appearing in search results for multiple ZIP codes within that range.

Here are my current profile metrics:

Unlimited budget enabled
Response time under 1 minute
100% 5-star reviews
Targeting area properly configured and saved

Given these metrics, I would expect to have at least some visibility, but in certain ZIP codes I’m completely absent from search results.

I’ve already reached out to support several times, but unfortunately the issue is still unresolved and I haven’t received a clear explanation.

This has been ongoing for several days and is directly affecting my ability to receive leads.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution?

Hi @Olegsn89 I took a look at your account and it seems like you are doing everything right. If you are seeing a difference in search results in different zip codes, it's likely due to whatever other pros are also in those zip codes and how they are ranking.

You could try playing around with your lead prices in categories where you're hoping to get more leads, and see if that impacts anything. I would also recommend using the data in your Performance Dashboard to see if any of that is helpful to you. You can see where there are nearby areas that have a lot of opportunity/demand, you can see how you are ranking in each category, how many leads you're getting in each category, etc (you may already be using this tool, but recommending just in case!).

I will keep thinking if there is anything else I can recommend, too!

Hi, thanks for your response.

The issue is not ranking position — the problem is that I am not showing up at all in search results.

I am not on page 1, page 2, or any position — my profile is completely absent from search in those zip codes.

This is happening in around 15–20 specific zip codes, not across the entire region.

I have already been contacting support about this issue for the past two weeks, but it still hasn’t been resolved.

This seems more like a technical issue rather than competition or ranking.
