Business name change/ID Team

I changed my business name legally a year ago, and Thumbtack still will not change it on my profile. They say the "ID Team" needs to handle it. I sent them what I needed to (at this point all my legal documents are with my new name there are plenty) and I still just get "we are waiting on the ID team" this is creating issues with customers. Anyone else had this issue?

    Ok @mjvan it looks like they were waiting for additional info from you and they emailed you today about it, so I would advise you to check your email and go from there. But it is in process!
