They also now have a button to "contact these 3 pros", right below the featured pros listed across the search results page. That makes if very easy for the user to hit the "easy" …1 -

@danq as a "handyman" I have to disagree. Customers rarely, or maybe I should say Thumbtack rarely applies the correct category of professional which leads to ridiculous amounts of requests…1 -

we need to stop calling a lead that goes to 3-4 pros a “DIRECT LEAD” these are NOT Direct leads and they are of much LOWER value , so why are we being charged as if we’re the only pro being contacted…3
