Contact verified invalid phone number

I received a lead at 11:38pm for local moving (less than 50mi) after contacting the phone number provided the responder explain that they never used Thumbtack and never submitted their phone number. I proceeded to file a refund request and waited for a decision. As usual it was denied so I went on to provide evidence (screenshot of messages) and the request was reviewed but again denied. The person also never read or replied to any of the messages i sent on thumbtack. Can someone please assist with correcting this one. I can't afford to keep paying for unverified or low intent leads
