Lead Pricing is obsurd!!

Administration must understand that the audience of thumbtack are individual searching for service at low cost, just inquiring, or shopping around. So charging a pro $200+ for these contacts who may ve simply inquiring is completely unethical. Thumbtack should not charge so much for contacts they have not and can't not garuntee to be high intent or converting leads. Tt does not 2FA clients 🚩forced instant booking🚩segregated phone support 🚩deny majority refunds🚩and has worst reviews than any company alike but charges more than every other platform. I am happy to say NO I will not pay $217.71 for Queen Reign who wanted dumpster rental not junk removal and I won't be refunded even though I have proof NO I will not pay for instant "tragedy" booking. No I will not change my max lead level to never get bookings. My account can rot I'm leaving...literally another company is offering wgat i pay for 1 lead here multiple verified leads a month. It's a better choice. Bye you all

The bottom line, TT got too big and forgot about their loyal clients. I used to pay $9-$13 per lead. Just the other day I paid $167. That's plain nuts. I know I will no longer be with them and I am finding other reasonable platforms. I asked so many times if something could be done and I got scripted responses. You lost me TT. Good riddance
