Account on hold
I am writing today because my account was placed on hold. This was August 16th and it is goi g on 3 months now and I finally took a full-time job. I had great reviews and always took great care of my customer as you can see in my attachments. I understand if there was a mistake in my part but for a Top Pro to just completely lose access to his accounts and the ability to work off a thumbtack … I am dubious as to why? Any information in regards to this willgreat;y be appreciated. I do not know where to go from here as I have a,ready written 3 emails to Thumbtack explaining why I should get access to my account back and be able to move forward again working for myself off this app.

@Jyhonaker We are not able to help with account holds here in the Community. I can see that you were sent an email explaining why, I would recommend responding to that email or reaching out to support@thumbtack.com
