Idc shut me down

This is not right! These people originally didn't even need the type of service they requested and you want me to pay × amount to be called a n word... get out of here idc who at fault at this point....u dnt get to call me a n word n a b word n charge me $217....yall can kiss my wrist!!

    I took a moment to review your account and it looks like this lead was refunded, but I'm sorry about your experience with this customer! I was going to advise reporting the customer, but it looks like you already did.

    I would for sure recommend sending this pricing feedback to support@thumbtack.com (early next year we'll have an official feedback mechanism in the Community - something like a "suggestion box", but in the meantime, please send it to support@ so that it can get logged under your account). I would also recommend lowering your max lead price to a price you feel comfortable paying. Sorry there isn't more I can do for you, but I was glad to see that the lead was refunded and I am really sorry you received that message.
