If thumbtack charged like $10-$15 for leads no body would trip...but imagine paying $50-$100's for leads that often don't answer, don't reply, don't book I don't understand why thumbtack admins do not see the flaw here

Thumbtack does not care about the pros anymore it changed in 2020 when they took away the unread refund that protected us pros from bad leads they need to take phone numbers off the beauty of thumbtack use to be the customer got to choose now you got to be the used car sales man of what ever industry you work in and hurry and call or you are not getting the job. Also the almost non existent 15 min refund for instant book leads that are astronomically high cost leads that at least 50% cancel then your left holding the bag. At this point it feels like being stolen from wish we could place a lein on the property that instant books if they cancel there has to be something we can do.
