Thumbtack is useless

Everything about this company is useless! In order to neglect accountability thumbtack refuses to adequately validate customers phone numbers (2FA). Resulting in leads that often have invalid contact numbers! No matter if you provide transcribed evidence supporting your claim thumbtack still denies every refund request! Many leads violate thumbtacks terms of use however they neglect the responsibility to uphold this standard. Thumbtack's quality lead garuntee is non existent. I bent to the will of Thumbtack so many times it doesn't make since but this time...I'm disputing the charge with my bank, im never paying $170 for a lead with a disconnected phone number, I will work relentlessly to see that this kind of mistreatment is stopped and @DustiO at this point its not about a "max lead budget" it's about right from wrong....ethics and morals. Thumbtack has shown to lack there repeatedly
