Nearly $600 spent this month on leads im not even breaking even, most these clients are unresponsive, and if they choose another pro you loose contact info but still are expected to foot the bill. You dang near need to know pre cal to get a support agent on the phone and all they can do is read you a prompted excuse for every mishap. It doesnt even make since at this point...hundreds spent with no return in sight, almost every feature seems to be at the pros expense and casulty, and adequate suppprt is non existent.
