Everytime I explain how thumbtack works to clients they are appalled. When I say yes we all paid $70 wether we win you or not. Secondly , Clients don't like being called be 5 people at once nor do they appreciate being encouraged to select other pros after they only picked 1 just to find out it was thumbtack's up sell just to literally take advantage of up to 4 other pros for no reason.
