I feel hostage to the clients budget

Sadly, 3/4 if my work comes from thumbtack and while I've had lots of work come many of the clients budgets don't meet that of the average cost on a project of that scope...so when I get a lead that Cost $100 but the client only has $250 budget I feel held hostage to accept it just to continue my access to the platforms listing. It makes it worse that a measured 78% of the cost per leads I've gotten exceeds 40% of the clients budget everytime. This is hard to keep up...also because I'm a mover I literally buss my back to make crumbs 😔 off these leads just to pay for more!! I don't think this is working out to well for me it's almost worst than being a uber driver.
