My rating was 4.9 a scam client left a 1 star review and I dropped to 4.7 since then I've received 2 5 star reviews and my rating has not moved from 4.7 I'm not sure what's going on here? Is there some way I canget more transparency on how this works...this affects my lead traffic. And tge Client was 100% in the wrong anyway

    @Avixmovingpros I've addressed this in another post, but it is just an average of your ratings. If you add them up and get the average you will be able to see this. If you feel the client was in the wrong, I would recommend responding to the review so potential customers can see - here are some tips for that if it helps. And, keep in mind that the more reviews you have, the more reviews it takes to raise the average.
