Thumbtack Moving clients budgets do not reflect their expectations. Out of 49 leads I've closed this year approx. 91% of them have a $100-$300 budget. However they want the full extent of service which cost me on avg. $250-$300 to provide. However because I invest so much into thumbtack I feel almost hostage to their budgets. Now when you provide the service and damages occur they leave poor reviews and my account is suspended because they didn't want to pay for wrapping, Bubble Wrap, blanket service etc. It's just not fair....I do nothing but loooose money here
