INSTANT BOOKING
I have a question about instant bookings. Why are customers allowed to ask for a price after they have instantly booked you for the job? Every single time I get an instant booking, they want to know how much, If I have to pay $50 for an instant booking that should automatically be my job, I should not have to battle other professionals on price and lose out on $50, It should be a lead. If they book instantly they either need to be charged or made aware up front that they have booked the service and can no longer make changes after 1 hour. It should not be up to the customer whether the service gets cancelled or not. I see so many flaws in this service. We are getting over charged. The same with leads. Why isnt a lead only made available to 1 pro and if the customer or pro is unhappy/ doesnt want to do the job than they can move on to the next lead? 3 to 5 people should not be charged $30 a piece for 1 lead. thats insane. That automatically means 4 out of those 5 people lost $30 with no control of their own.
