Pros should have the ability to leave ratings on customers based on their experiences as well. In order for other contractors to see what other pros rated working with that client. You have people who book free on site estimates to stand us up, still owes pros on TT money but looking for new ones, selected you but never respond, etc....it's completely asinine to think the clients aren't smart enough to figure out how to abuse this platform. It's a vibe of "let's find a small time guy and take advantage" with alot these customers. And it hurts bad to pay only to get ripped, scammed, and taken advantage of
