Forget Changes we Need Transparency

While thumbtack charges me $309.00 for a lead that doesn't even answer the phone. Clients are still completely unaware that their inquiry can cost us $100's. If Thumbtack Administration is truly interested in helping us - they would be more transparent with the customers. The last 5 leads I received had NO IDEA that I or any other pro paid for that lead.
