Denied refunds outside of lead time on profile because of customer clicking on open to other dates.
@DustiO I recently started using thumbtack again after instant booking getting taken off the platform which is so much better but I’m running into issues with low quality leads and leads outside my lead time setup on my profile. I got this lead at the beginning of December requested refund got denied this is the same time that the new refund disputes process started. It took 3 weeks to get a response back it is legitimate lead and doesn’t qualify for refund I sent proof of what the customer said my profile showing I have 2 week lead time setup and still they are denying the refund on the lead I should of not gotten. They are using the customer clicked on open to other dates as way not to refund the lead and the customer clearly states they are looking for the week of Jan 6th which is why they clicked on open to other dates. They are open to other dates in the week of the 6th. I’m attaching all proof here to see that allow pros to suggest other dates is being used as a fine print in the refund policy to deny refunds on bad leads. What can even be done when the refund team ignores the obvious bad lead and seems to go with a very unethical standpoint against us pros I know I can’t be the only one running into this issue.
