Customer Account Deactivated

Hey ! I have been using Thumbtack since 2021. Spent over 20K over different contractors via the platform. All of a sudden, my customer account has been banned. Requested reactivation , and I was told a policy violation - No one would tell what policy violation over the phone , or email, nor would activate account. Even creating new account gets banned.

So its not just the contractors that are facing issues, its the customers who have been using this platform exclusively to find all types of workers around the area.
