I’m in a popular Southern Utah area and bookings stay high almost year-round, which is great for revenue… but the wear and tear is starting to show. Carpets, furniture, even cookware need replacing faster than expected. For those managing busy rentals, how do you maintain high occupancy without destroying your margins on repairs?
