CONSTANTLY getting bad leads and no avenue for reimbursement; feeling scammed
So i've been getting 2-4 leads a week and most are from asia, allegedly in my area, don't answer the phone ever, never replies to emails, texts, or voicemails. I'm forced to pay a fee when they email me. And frankly i dont want many of these leads because I know they're scams. i request a refund, thumbtack tells me to eat cake.
I set my limit to $100/week, suddenly i'm getting direct leads bringing me up to $150-$200/week.
Again, ALL bad leads. i just had 3 people in 24 hours contact me by thumbtack. none spoke english, none wanted a trainer. I woman even said by text, she never intended to purchase a trainer, just looking. thumbtack refuses all my refunds. i dont care about the policy this is WRONG!!!
IN SOOOO many ways.
i'm being approached by other services whose systems wouldnt allow for such behaviour. And i'm about ready to take the leap, unless someone can help.

Hi @SpectrumVictor Sorry for this experience! I took a quick look through your account and I don't see any weeks in the past 2 months (that's as far back as I went) where you were charged over $100. Where did you see the charges that were $150-$200? You can see all of your payments receipts here.
If you've requested refunds for leads and you don't agree with the outcome you can reach out to refunddisputes@thumbtack.com — hope this helps!
As far as customers wanting you to travel — be sure to check your travel area that you have set here and if the customer was outside this area, I would add that information in the email that you send.

I was charged that much on the bad leads lol
i know the whole scam refund process. where you can never get a refund for a bad lead unless the client leaves evidence it's a bad lead. MOST bad leads dont leAVE evidence and I keep getting robbed on these
nothing is wrong with my setup.
problem is paying for bad leads
i automatically get charged for a lead when they contact me even if i dont want it. than they never even answer or respond to me and i'm screwed out of the money because your lame refund process wont refund me when that happens.
ive spent SO much money on your site, ranked 1st in my area, and great reviews and ranking on your site with my clients. I give you guys a good rep and you wont even give me customer service.
