Give us an automatic prompt to ask for a review when the job is marked completed, not confirmed

Quick suggestion - when i mark a job as confirmed i immediately get a prompt asking me to ask the client for a review (or to schedule the request). It would make more sense to give this prompt when the job is marked completed. If the job is confirmed, it means I haven't done it yet. Why/how can I ask for a review before the work is done? Sure i can schedule the request for a date after the work is supposed to be done, but schedules change. I would look pretty stupid if i sent someone a review request before I actually completed the work.
