Impossible to contact anyone above normal customer support

I have had charges I have been trying to dispute with thumbtack for months.
i have been trying to contact anyone above a normal support representative and have not received any response from thumbtack through customer support phone number, they promise management will call back and they don’t. I have contacted them from Facebook, email and now through the better business bureau.
they are actually literally ignoring everything I’m saying on BBB and responding with a generic copy and paste answer.
I literally provided screenshots with descriptions of problems with all of my charges that I have disputed stating why each one did not match my preferences asking for a refund.
it seems that thumbtack is just playing some sort of runaround game.
here I am on your own community message board requesting to be contacted by management.
I have been on your platform for years and you know how to contact me.

Hi @ThomasdConstruction I have looked through your account and support cases - it looks like you were emailed on July 13th with a link to book a call with a supervisor - were you able to book that call? I am not able to schedule calls with anyone, as I am here to moderate the Community and connect pros to one another - so your best bet is to book a call through the email that was sent.
