ANYONE ELSE GETTING FALSE LEADS?

Over the past several months I have received leads from people who have not actually inquired for my coaching. To further explain, I just got off a text conversation with somebody who never filled out the information to send a request. After asking further questions, sending screen shots it was determined that somebody had used her phone number and location to reach out for a fake inquiry.

Is anybody else seeing this? this is the 3rd person who i've reached out to who has responded " I didn't fill out that information and reach out to you". This will also likely be the 3rd time thumbtack WONT refund me for this.

Is it possible this is being done on purpose? is this being done to purposefully charge PROS and soak up their weekly budget? Not to mention I don't even hear back from over 50% of the people who "inquire". I just went through the numbers to verify.

I cant be the only one whos seeing this happen....
