Max Leads = :(

I know I’m not the only one not enjoying this new max leads options TT is implementing.

Have been noticing pros climbing the ranks by having higher bids.

In my industry paying $16-$17 a lead for a 1 bedroom 1 bath home just doesn’t make sense from a business standpoint. When I make my bid lower than that, I don’t show up in some search areas.

I think this new model allows unlicensed individuals with lower overhead, or people who hire undocumented workers to have lower costs, to take advantage of the market.

Thumbtack setting the weekly prices keeps a level playing field. Really hope this feature is not here to stay but seems like that’s likely not the case. I know my opinion is not going to change anything, but why not just keep a good thing going?
