I thought leads can only contact a limited number of pros?

I was charged $22.25 for a lead for a job that was worth $150. First off i think charging more then 10% the value of a job when I have to compete with other pros is overpriced. But you also sent this lead out to seven other pros. Which means TT got paid as much as whatever pro got this job. That's assuming of course that they didn't charge less then $150 for this job.

If you are going to start shopping leads out to that many pros, you either need to drop the lead price or I need to stop using TT.

@Merk we don't "send leads" to pros - customers are choosing which pros they want to reach out to from their search results. There is also a limit of 5 pros within the first 4 hours. If a customer doesn't hear back within that time frame, it is their prerogative to reach out to more pros in hopes of getting a response.
