Thumbtack's new payment system *should* allow REAL REFUNDS now(!)

Well I just realized that, since TTack now has you enter in a funding source to receive PAYMENTS from customer, that could also now serve as a way to get REAL REFUNDS for bad leads, AS OPPOSED to just issuing a credit locked into the Ttack account!
