THIS is a problem

here is an TTack issue: as can be seen in the pictures, a person using an obvious fake name(!) has posted TWO repairs for the same problem - a PC desktop "cracked screen repair"...

(...which is NOT a computer repair! THIS is actually a *cracked *computer *monitor repair. A monitor is not a computer. You don't ask a car mechanic to redo your leather seats. BUT I DIGRESS(!) on what has been a decade long battle that I have been in w TTack they have never seen fit to change, (and a never-ending battle for "refunds" (really funds paid that are reapplied to ttack!) every time it happens...)

...but as you an see, this person is posting IN TWO DIFFERENT ATLANTA AREAS / ZIP CODES asking for the same repair. So instead of getting FIVE PROS to automatically pay for a "lead," HE CAN GET 10 PROS TO DO SO.

HOW IS THIS FAIR?!?

@COC_Ent_2013 these are Opportunities, not Direct Leads and no pro pays for these unless they choose to reach out to this customer AND the customer responds. If you are getting duplicate Direct Leads, please email support@thumbtack.com and they can help you out with those.
