Another credit denial for a bad lead due to Customer Svc

Paid for a lead from a customer who left an 800-number.

Call the 800 number and you are advised that the call "will be recorded" and then you're informed that ("congratulations") you're "won" some sorta special deal/ offer crap....

Well OF COURSE the inital, (automated?) "Request a Refund (really just a credit)" refused the request outright - unless it is a CLEAR VIOLATION the initial request seems to fall on deaf (A.I.) ears...

But surprisingly even after conversing twice with (I guess?) an actual Customer Service person, the claim is still denied. This clearly violates TTack's OWN "Phone number guarantee" ....

Yet--- Still -- somehow -- request is still refused.
