    I've been on that "support" before. The people on chat do not know enough to answer questions and when I called that number Monday, I was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up.

    This was my last conversation on chat:

    Me: How much does it cost to get a lead?

    Now, I just asked a question on chat and 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting on an answer.

    Obviously I was right to be concerned. The person I talked to on chat wants me to take my ad off since there is not a category for what I am offering. I don't know why I couldn't talk to someone way before now to get to this point.
