Rate Customer support

I think this is where it gets very frustrating and confusing for many new users of thumbtack. If you are a platinum pro, your phone number has to be used to call them directly because that is how they verify if you have phone access. Before I became a platinum pro it was a joke to try to get a hold of anybody. I once waited nearly 72 hours to get a text response back on a refund.
