Question re availability.

since I recently realized that I am an “audience of one” – no one else can see my post, I figured I would address you personally to ask you with help with an issue.
my customer who first contacted me in August contacted me again this morning, and then sent a second targeted lead request, for which I was of course charged.
after filing a “refund” request, I contacted the customer and told him there was no need to file a second lead. He took offense, 🤷🏾♂️ but he also indicated that when he tried to contact me he got a message saying “pro not available“
why would he have received that message; I have my availability marked down as available any time any day.

Hmmm that is weird. Was your budget all spent at that time? Or do you know if the customer indicated a time when you had your calendar blocked off? It's either because of one of those things, or you have targeting turned off that a customer sees the "not available" message.

I just took a look and it looks like it wouldn't be any of those things. I did look at your "Lead time" in your availability and maybe this customer checked that they wanted someone same day - and you have 1 day lead time listed, so it could be that. I will see if I can find out if that would do it.
