so you guys are going to just hide my post its cool my mothers 3 million instagram followers still will see how you charge $217 to be calleda n*gga. Ive paid for a attorney friend to look at the policies and form a case to submit to the FTC

    @AmericasFirstHauling please review our Community Code of Conduct if you have questions about posts being removed. For instance, we cannot leave a post up that contains screenshots with a customer's personal information (phone number) displayed. I've noticed that you're posting here from two different accounts, but I was able to look into it and the lead you are referring to was refunded. I'm glad you were able to report the customer and get a refund. We are not able to help with refunds here in the Community, so I would always recommend reporting, submitting for a refund, or reaching out to support@thumbtack.com
