Background check not working

Anyone else having issues with getting the background check?

I enter my information in and all it returns is "serverError".

    Please have the Pro send their ID through ID-Help and we'll be able to verify them and send them a link https://help.thumbtack.com/id-help

    Ahh! Thank you. But, it’s not an id it’s my SSN is that okay?

    I'm not sure what that form looks like or what you can send, I would guess there needs to be some form of photo ID though?

    you can either verify with a snn or an official id, so I don’t have the id just my snn.

    I would just follow the instructions on that page (sorry, this is not my area). If it says you can use SSN, then use that :) If not, I would recommend emailing support@thumbtack.com where this question can get routed to the right team. Thank you!

    @rfox I would recommend reaching out to support@thumbtack.com as I am unable to help with background checks (they are done through a third party). There is an article about it here that has a link for taking a background check, I might recommend also trying with that link before reaching out to support to see if it work! Also, try another browser. Hope this helps!
