Help with a troubleshooting
I am having a troubleshooting issue with my pro account rewards, I am actually 4.7 rate, but it shows I am 0.0, so I am not able to upgrade to silver account, can somebody help with that?

@Gabrielornelas7 the rating for rewards is based on the past 12 months, and it looks like you haven't had any reviews within that period, so I would recommend reaching out to some customers and getting them to leave you a review. Here's an article that goes through the different ways you can ask for reviews. Hope this helps!

hi, I’m having trouble with the App. It’s been freezing when I’m trying to answer a client, and edit message, or even I’m trying to respond a first time lead. Also, sometimes the app just shut down and send me back to my main screen on my iPhone, and when I try to open the app, it doesn’t let me to. This is a screen shot of me trying to answer a client but app is frozen.
