Help with a troubleshooting

I am having a troubleshooting issue with my pro account rewards, I am actually 4.7 rate, but it shows I am 0.0, so I am not able to upgrade to silver account, can somebody help with that?

@Gabrielornelas7 the rating for rewards is based on the past 12 months, and it looks like you haven't had any reviews within that period, so I would recommend reaching out to some customers and getting them to leave you a review.
