Inaccurate response time

Thumbtack’s tracking of my response time is inaccurate, and it's severely hurting my listing rank and impacting my business. Leads are already overpriced, but now this inaccurate tracking is making things worse.
@DustiO hey you seem well versed here could you maybe tell me what's going on here and how to immediately fix it
