Thanks to feedback and insights from pros like you, we're excited to share that new phone number verification is here! Our new customer verification solution uses an identity-matching process to ensure all phone numbers customers provide are verified. If we get it wrong, we’ll refund you the cost of the lead.

We hope these improvements will give you more confidence in the quality of leads on Thumbtack. It’s all part of our Thumbtack Quality Commitment — our pledge to help you get hired.

    Which reason do we select if we need to request a refund?

    Hello,

    I have been a victim of this many, many times. I was told about the phone number verification process last week, yet this week received 2 more invalid phone numbers. What is the process/program you are using to verify these numbers????

    @Bricago it depends on what the reason is - if it's for an invalid phone number, you should see that as an option in the request form.

    Yea, it's about time. I've had to pay many times due to the lack of this feature. Thanks TT! For finally pulling your head out! This is something that several other services I subscribe to have been doing for some time.
