Lead/Opportunity Details Missing Web vrs App

Why do the details that the customer provided vary between the app and on the web? We have office staff that work these from a computer not a phone!!! They need to see the customer comments/message.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem, plus the date and time of the job does not show up on the App when viewing Opportunities.
