INSTANT BOOKING CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER WITH NO REFUND!!!!

This required instant booking is already frustrating, Now how come I have an instant booking that was cancelled by the customer and they are not refunding me the lead cost? I have always been refunded for cancelled jobs especially instant bookings. I had no control over it so why am I spending my hard earned money on it? Is Thumbtack hard up for money so they have to find ways to steal from the blue collar? How do I get my refund? How do I get thumbtack to respond? Who runs this place?
