Am I the only Person Experiencing Being Charged But Leads Don't Respond?

I am becoming disappointed that I am charged for a lot of leads that don't respond and the money is not refunded. I tried resolving this but it is the same as a revolving door.

It puzzles me and I wonder if I am the only person experiencing this problem.

I will appreciate it and share with me how you resolved it if experience a similar fate.

    This is happening to me as well. What can we do? I just joined and oh my, going through my money fast. I have literally been able to get one quote to one person and I have been charged for people I have not even spoken with or I reach out and they don't respond. What's up with this? We should get charged if we communicate with the person only.
