Not showing up in results

Hello. So I am one of the most hired on thumbtack as a pro and I started having this issue where I wasn’t showing up in results when people would put in specific dates. It got fixed for 2 days and now I am not showing up again but also not in search results or when I click “look yourself up”. Is anyone else dealing with this and know how to fix it !?
