Our annual Thumbtack Giveback event is in full swing. It’s wonderful to see all the different nonprofits Thumbtack pros like you nominated to receive a $10,000 grant from Thumbtack. We’ve narrowed the selection down to these 5 nonprofits and now the choice is up to you. Get your vote in while you can. 

• American Cancer Society — We are a leading cancer-fighting organization with a vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. We are improving the lives of people with cancer and their families as the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.​
• Alzheimer’s Association — Through our many initiatives and worldwide reach, the Alzheimer’s Association leads the charge in Alzheimer’s care, support, research and advocacy.
• St. Jude Children's Research Hospital — The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of their founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
• Habitat for Humanity — Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries. Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. 
• Goodwill —Goodwill works to enhance people’s dignity and quality of life by strengthening their communities, eliminating their barriers to opportunity, and helping them reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.
