Issues with pro not reserving reset code or allowing email changes.

Been experiencing this for a while now, I try to reset my password and send the reset link to my email and I never receive it. Along with changing my email in the app that I’m still logged into on my phone. I’ve been getting no help from support.

    What is the current email address for the account you're trying to log into/reset?
