Outrageous lead fees

FYI I was just charged a $79 lead fee via instant booking for a job I made $155 on. Dumbtack Support offered no help.

    Bricago, its sad but support dont care about us. I recommend you block all your available

    Because some leads is the same price for the estimate. Doesn't worth.

    @Bricago i recommend keeping your account on pause. Send a letter or email about the issues everyone is facing. And. If they do nothing positive by October than it’s time to to completely delete the app. A lot of guys are just waiting this out but if there not evidence of change then time to live on,

    I also tried to get refunds for ridiculous lead prices, its because the customers input wrong info, like the square footage. We should be able to change the info the customer inputted to the accurate specs, and then Thumbtack so adjust accordingly after. That seems to me to be the most fair
