Do you offer vacation rental (i.e. Airbnb) cleanings? If so, do you charge customers a different rate compared to a standard cleaning? Higher or lower?

We would charge more when it's a vacation home due to unknown conditions. Almost be in line with a move-out cleaning scenario.

Vacation rental cleanings require more cleaning than a standard cleaning. Prices are higher than a standard clean. Depends on size of property and condition and type of rental it is.
