Can I expand my service area outside of the 150 miles radius determined by Thumbtack?

I'm a musician and travel all over the country for all sorts of events, however any opportunities that I have to travel outside of 150 miles come from other platforms. How can expand my service area outside of that range to include those markets?

Hi @Ryan_Shephard, thank you for posting and sorry for the delayed reply! You can now upload a CSV of zip codes that you want to service! You'll find it in your travel preferences under the "advanced" setting. This is pretty new, I'd love to hear how it works for you if you have a chance to try it out and come back here and let me know!

Hi there - thank you for your response! Unfortunately I attempted to do this and was met with an error code because my file exceeded 1,000 zip codes. My home territory by itself (within 150 miles of Chicago) has well over 1,000 zip codes.

Is there any way to bypass this? Thanks!

@Ryan_Shephard let me see what I can find out! But to clarify, did it say specifically that you were encountering the error because there were over 1,000 zip codes?

@DustiO "You have exceeded the maximum number of zip codes. Please upload a file with a maximum of 1000 zip codes" is the error message I received, and I was just trying to add an additional 25 zip codes to what the 150 mile radius includes.
